Two Alliance Center

Two Alliance Center is a dramatic, 30-story office building that was completed in July 2009 in the prestigious Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. This landmark building features visually stunning and efficient design elements, along with dramatic skyline views. An integral part of its beautiful design, Two Alliance Center features high-efficiency, floor-to-ceiling windows and has been awarded the LEED® Gold designation by the U.S. Green Building Council.

"If there's one thing that stands out for me about this project, it's the collaboration we had with the architect, general contractor and glazing contractor. We really worked hard to make sure that we were all on the same page which was critical for us to meet their budget numbers and delivery schedules."
