Viracon Product Descriptions
Viracon glass products are comprised of a primary and detailed description.
- The primary description includes an alphanumeric code for each coated glass product, indicating the overall unit thickness, exterior glass substrate, coating and unit configuration.
- The detailed description identifies the glass ply thickness and type, coating and surface designation, and spacer/fill information.

In our nomenclature, the available coatings have varying degrees of Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) represented by the 2-digit number following the dash.
If the number following the dash has 4-digits, the second 2 digits represent SHGC on Clear glass.
